On the eve of Christmas
I'll have you near
I'll wrap my arms around you
And hold my darling dear
I'll kiss those lips of wine
As you stand 'neath the mistletoe
My heart will follow you
Everywhere you go
Merry Christmas My Darling
===
No matter what I get for Christmas
You're all I really need.
===
I really want to tell you
Just how precious you are to me,
My every thought of you
Is as loving as can be
My heart is totally filled with things
That words alone can't say,
This comes especially for you
With love on Christmas Day.
===
I love that I love you.
I have loved you from the very start.
I LOVE ALL OF YOU,
I now hand you the key to my heart.
Merry Christmas, my Darling

Religious Christmas Poems
- Tis the season of happiness and delight,
Tis the season to sing and dance with all your might.
Tis the season to share not just your belongings, but also love,
Tis the season to thank God Almighty for sending us Baby Jesus from above.
Have a Blessed Christmas! - I wish you joy all though your holidays,
I wish you good luck that forever stays.
I wish you the love of family and friends,
I wish you happy days that never ever ends.
Merry Christmas to you! - I'd like a stocking made for a giant,
And a meeting house full of toys,
Then I'd go out in a happy hunt
For the poor little girls and boys;
Up the street and down the street,
And across and over the town,
I'd search and find them everyone,
Before the sun went down. - A good time is coming, I wish it were here,
The very best time in the whole of the year;
I'm counting each day on my fingers and thumbs
the weeks that must pass before Santa Claus comes.
Then when the first snowflakes begin to come down,
And the wind whistles sharp and the branches are brown,
I'll not mind the cold, though my fingers it numbs,
For it brings the time nearer when Santa Claus comes. - If we practiced Jesus every way,
It'd be like Christmas every day;
If we, like Him, were meek and mild
And loved each woman, man and child,
If we'd read our Bible, it'd remind us,
So that every single day would find us
More and more in sweet accord
With our sweet Jesus--Master, Lord.
Then every day that we're alive
Would be like December 25. - And all the angels in heaven shall sing,
On Christmas Day, on Christmas Day,
And all the angels in heaven shall sing,
On Christmas Day in the morning. - May the Light that shone
from the Christmas Star
On that night so long ago
Fall on you this Christmas night
and set your face aglow.
May it shine from your eyes.
May it rest in your mind.
May it burn in your Spirit bright.
May the Peace it spoke to a weary world.
Bring joy to your heart tonight.

Merry Christmas Wishes Poems
Mother, why do Christmas trees
And Christmas gifts and melodies
Here and all around the earth
Celebrate the Christ child’s birth?
Songs are sung, for on that night
When earth was bathed in holy light
Jesus came – so long ago
And angels sang to tell us so…
---------------------------------------
My Christmas wish for you, my friend
Is not a simple one
For I wish you hope and joy and peace
Days filled with warmth and sun
I wish you love and friendship too
Throughout the coming year
Lots of laughter and happiness
To fill your world with cheer..
---------------------------------------
Christmas comes with children singing,
Christmas comes with sleigh bells ringing,
Christmas comes with frosty nights,
Christmas comes with snowball fights.
And Christmas gifts and melodies
Here and all around the earth
Celebrate the Christ child’s birth?
Songs are sung, for on that night
When earth was bathed in holy light
Jesus came – so long ago
And angels sang to tell us so…
---------------------------------------
My Christmas wish for you, my friend
Is not a simple one
For I wish you hope and joy and peace
Days filled with warmth and sun
I wish you love and friendship too
Throughout the coming year
Lots of laughter and happiness
To fill your world with cheer..
---------------------------------------
Christmas comes with children singing,
Christmas comes with sleigh bells ringing,
Christmas comes with frosty nights,
Christmas comes with snowball fights.

Merry Christmas Love Poems
- May this Christmas be filled
With happiness in all that you do
And may this joy continue
The whole year through
Wishing you a Merry Christmas
And a Happy New Year
Christmas time wishes
For warmth and good cheer
Happiness now and in the New Year
One of the real joys of the Holiday Season is the opportunity to say
“Thank You” and to wish you the very best for the New Year!
Christmas Blessings
Wishing you
the Gladness of Christmas,
which is Hope,
the Spirit of Christmas,
which is Peace,
the Essence of Christmas,
which is Love.
The star the shepherds saw that night
that lit the way for them
Still shines to guide
all those who seek
the Light of Bethlehem. - Evergreen boughs that fill our homes
With fragrant Christmas scents,
Hearts filled with the loving glow
That Christmas represents;
Christmas cookies, turkeys stuffed,
Festive holly berry,
Little faces bright with joy,
Loved ones being merry;
Parties, songs, beribboned gifts,
Silver bells that tinkle,
Christmas trees and ornaments,
Colorful lights that twinkle;
Relatives waiting with open arms
To smile and hug and kiss us;
These are some of the special joys
That come along with Christmas. - Merry Christmas to the one I love,
Even on this day of love for all,
Remembering the love of one whose call
Redeemed all those whose hearts his love might move.
Yet only one love does my spirit prove,
Chosen in a passion like a squall,
Having in such ecstasy withal
Rejoiced in what we were created of.
In such love do we find our way outdoors,
So to be drawn to love of flesh and soul,
Traveling beyond our village green,
Moving towards the wash along our shores
As our love joins the greater love unseen,
Shining with dark passion on the whole.

Christmas Family Poems
- The littlest Christmas tree,
lived in a meadow of green,
Among a family,
of tall evergreens,
He learned how to whisper,
the evergreen song,
with the slightest of wind,
that came .......... - A squeak on the stairs.
Could Santa be here?
Better pull my blankets,
Up to my ears.
He comes down the chimney,
That’s how he gets in.
Santa uses magic,
To make himself - Mama told me a story a long long time ago not like any that I'd ever heard,
all about a little girl mama used to know, how I remember every word.
Seems like a lifetime ago, though I remember it... - Creeping through the silent night,
Things that move are things of fright,
Sleighbells never ringing now
Angels seldom singing, now
Nothing comes to make their season

Christmas Welcome Poem
The True Meaning Of Christmas
- Jesus Christ was born this day
So many years before
He came a servant to the lost,
Though he was Lord of Lords
We celebrate this joyous time,
Reflecting on His birth
Not born in a mansion, but a stable
As if He had no worth
He came so He could identify
With the human heart of man
And gave His life as a sacrifice,
Offering a better plan
A plan that reconciles us back
To our loving Father God,
Bringing hope and redemption from
Sins ruling, iron rod
For this is the only reason that we
Should celebrate this day,
To become focused on anything else,
Would take the meaning away
So let's arise with joy in our hearts
And share it with everyone
The meaning of Christmas will always be
The birth of Jesus – God's son

The True Christmas Story
Christmas Welcome - Under the wintry skies,
Sundered from home and kin,
With patience and love in her eyes,
Mary is journeying.
The angels keep watch and ward,
And Joseph is there to guard,
But – ‘there is no room at the inn.”
No room in the inns of Life,
No place for Christ the King,
Through the Heavens with joy are rife,
Where worshipping angels sing,
In palace, and street and mart,
In the worlds great pagan heart
There is no welcoming.
But in far cathedrals dim,
Where Christmas lilies bloom
‘Mid incense and holy hymn,
And tapers lighting the gloom,
Where the Christmas crib is laid,
And children come, unafraid
His own are finding Him room.
Here the humble ones of the earth,
The poor, and the sorely tried
Are waiting the dear Lord’s birth,
And their arms are open wide,
And Mary will find them grace
Who makes for Her child a place
In their hearts, this Christmas-tide.

Inspirational Christmas Poems
Cherish His Christma
- Christmas brings such a time of love
Each tender heart holds so much of
Unselfishness thrives, trust is strong
The purpose to give, send love along
A time of pleasantries, patience too
Good wishes to all, all feelings true
Thankfulness follows each fine deed
Gifts from our God, never from greed
Great the rewards that joy does bring
Like the beauty in hearing angels sing
We pray for our loved, each so dear
Especially those who can't be near
Many leave home to bravely serve
All freedoms we have, they preserve
Do pray for our troops, as we should
And their families too, if you would
Give thanks to our Lord, His only Son
And cherish His Christmas, everyone
Wish you a merry Christmas
Christmas brings such a time of love
Each tender heart holds so much of
Unselfishness thrives, trust is strong
The purpose to give, send love along
A time of pleasantries, patience too
Good wishes to all, all feelings true
Thankfulness follows each fine deed
Gifts from our God, never from greed
Great the rewards that joy does bring
Like the beauty in hearing angels sing
We pray for our loved, each so dear
Especially those who can't be near
Many leave home to bravely serve
All freedoms we have, they preserve
Do pray for our troops, as we should
And their families too, if you would
Give thanks to our Lord, His only Son
And cherish His Christmas, everyone
Wish you a merry Christmas - May your Christmas tree be filled with stocking-full gifts,
May your days be filled with people who gift you an instant lift.
May your kitchen be filled with mountains to delicacies,
May your holidays be flooded with happiness and ecstasies.
Have a lovely Christmas!

Christmas Poems About Jesus
- In Bethlehem, God gave to us
The source of Christmas joy;
A star shown on a miracle:
The virgin birth of a boy.
He was born both God and man,
A Savior for us all,
The way to get to our heavenly home,
If we just heed His call.
So as we shop and spend and wrap
And enjoy the Christmas season,
Let's keep in mind the sacred truth:
Jesus is the reason. - o many people try to celebrate Christmas for the wrong reason.
They assume that gifts and greed are the meanings of the season.
However, only one true meaning of Christmas is ever going to exist,
and that is the fact that Jesus was born to present his life as a gift.
—
When you are going about the Christmas season,
for this holiday you might forget about the reason.
Many, many years ago, in a stable a baby laid his head,
and this is what Christmas is all about, not the colors green and red.
—
On the first Christmas, the holy family gathered ’round their little baby lying in a manger.
This child’s life would be filled with great hope and promise but also great danger.
Eventually, he gave his life so that humanity could live forever.
For this purpose, Christmas exists, and let us not forget that, never.
—
Without the birth of Jesus Christ, Christmas would not be here.
You must remember to honor him each and every year.
If you go through the day without a prayer, song, poem or remembrance in his name,
then you are not celebrating Christmas; you are just playing a silly game.
—
Everywhere we go it seems, people want to hear “Happy Holidays.”
People are trying to change us to their modern ways.
However, in our hearts, minds and actions, we must keep alive the true meaning of the holiday,
and remember that is the celebration of Christ’s birth in each and every way.
—
No matter where you go, no matter what you do,
you might be wondering what Christmas means to you.
This is not a holiday where everyone gets to assign his or own meaning or definition.
No, instead, it is a day in memory of Jesus Christ who came here to save us all from sin.
—
You hear people say that they create their own meaning for Christmas year by year.
However, it is important to remember why this holiday is really held so dear.
Long ago, the holy family celebrated the birth of their son,
and he is the son of God, the one and true only one.

Christmas poems for mom
- For all of the presents
You put under the tree,
For all of the times
You picked up after me...
For all of the times
That you tucked me in tight
And we stayed up to talk
Long into the night
For all of the days
I was feeling so down
And the times that you turned
To a smile my frown
For the cookies you baked
And the stockings you stuffed,
For the cuts that you healed
And the pillows you fluffed...
For the time that you took
Off the training wheels
For the nights that you made me
My favorite meals
For the years throughout
Elementary school
For knowing the right thing
Isn’t always what’s cool
For putting up with
Those preteen years
For making it through
All the laughs and the tears
For all of the days
That you loved me so much
Even during the times
That I made it so tough…
For all of the memories
We have already shared
For the future for which
We cannot be prepared
For being there for that one-year-old boy
Who sat in the house and sucked on his thumb
For working so hard at being his mom
And making that boy into the man I’ve become
Look back on all that we have been through
And look at me now mom, how far I have come
For all of the times I’ll never forget
Merry Christmas to you Mom
Here’s to the memories
We haven’t had yet
Merry Christmas…Love, Nick - For all the nights you stayed up late
to trim the Christmas tree,
For all the costly presents
That you purchased just for me...
For all the times you tucked me in
And read me stories too,
For all the ways you cheered me up
When I was feeling blue...
For all the cookies that you baked
And stockings that you stuffed,
For all the messes you cleaned up
And pillows that you fluffed...
For all the days you loved me,
Even when I made it difficult,
For all these things,
and much, much more...
Thank you for giving me the gift of your Love
